The library I use most often is called Ethno World 5, it's a huge library of instruments from all over the world, some of them quite rare, and each one includes a number of different articulations.

Also includes some interesting vocal work. It's a bit expensive but IMO it's worth it, I use it constantly. Check out the list of instruments included: - it also includes a nice.pdf with background info on the instruments including pictures of most of them, and even a section on the musicians who performed these instruments for the recording of the library, which is something pretty rare and great in the sample world.I'm also a fan of the Albion series from Spitfire, which is a lot of good string and horn sections plus some interesting big orchestral percussion. However it's definitely targeted primarily at epic film music, they've even got a Hans Zimmer percussion library.Another one I like a lot is World Impact Global Percussion from Vir2.

While there's some good percussion in the Ethno World library mentioned above, this library is dedicated to it and is very thorough. Maybe it's more of a niche thing but if you are after more natural sounds, this has lots of interesting ones. Oh man, that ethno world looks like exactly what I've been looking for. Too bad it's probably the most expensive kontakt library I've seen though lol. I recently purchases Spitfire Albion One and I have absolutely loved it. I love how it's so usable and easy to make stuff that sounds good with it.

I have very limited time to produce, so I will gladly take instruments that sacrifice to some extent tweakability in exchange for ease of use. That Ethno World library is absolutely awesome, but world impact is right in my price range. I'm gonna look at some more demos. Maybe someday Ill have all the Albions, a solid solo strings library, and Ethno Percussion. Long term goals. Thanks for the suggestions!.
